An Oregon transplant from Alaska, this writer has been doing her craft for more than 20 years. She won the 1999 President's Award for Literary Excellence and has been published more than a hundred times online and in print. At 51, she has six grandchildren and three kids still in college and does everything she can for them, while taking care of and writing recipes for her food-allergic black Lab named Harley.
