Taylor is an actor, filmmaker and avid cyclist, not necessarily in that order, and has been living in Los Angeles for almost 20 years. In that time he has starred in such movies as Barcelona, Boiler Room and the HBO series Mind of the Married Man, but he has seen little change in the city government's attitude to accept bicycles as an alternative and progressive from of transportation.
