Culture of Hollywood Celebrities!
How much does Brad Pitt weigh? That answer depends on what movie you see him in -- as he gains and loses excess pounds depending on the role he's playing and the acting challenge he is presented with each new movie season.
Here -- the secret of how to get Brad Pitt's Fight Club physique.
Bottom line, eat light -- work out often -- and learn to use a camera to play visual tricks.
That's right. Pitt looked huge in Fight Club due to a combination of diet and fitness, but more due to trick photography in all his lovemaking and fight club scenes.

CELEBRITY DIET AND FITNESS: SECRETS OF BRAD PITT
There are a lot of guys who spend time working out at the gym who want nothing more that to have the great physique of Brad Pitt (and all the attention his figure has brought him).
Women around the world first took note of Brad Pitt when he played cougar Geena Davis' younger lover in the blockbuster film Thelma and Louise with Susan Sarandon. The girls kind of slid that one under the noses of the guys, however, while Pitt became an overnight sensation and fav leading man of female audiences and hot female celebrities.
By the time Pitt made the movie Fight Club, the guys finally noticed Pitt was in stellar form -- and although they all thought he looked every bit the part of a hero when he bulked up in older years to steal the show in Troy, they all still remember how ripped he was and just bad to the bone cool he looked in every Fight Club scene.
So -- what was Pitt's diet secret to get his naturally thin form to look so... imposing -- with that chiseled statuesque look that would make any woman's pulse flutter and any guy tremble in the knees?
Believe it or not, Pitt -- who naturally stands just shy of six feet tall -- dropped weight to play that role.
Actually, he dropped his weight down to that no more of a stereotypical skinny geek!
Pitt's body weight was rumored to be around 155 lbs. for the filming of the movie. As a man of 5'11", technically if the wind blew hard at the time back then, it would have been hard for him to stay at his feet -- and if not for the workout and fitness routines he did to bulk up what muscle he did have and show off thanks to a 5-7% body fat ratio of the time, we might have seen Pitt blowing like a tumbleweed down a Hollywood street.
However, on screen Pitt looked quite formidable - both fighting in illegal boxing makeshift rings and in all the bedroom scenes.
If you watch the movie closely, you might notice just how slim Pitt looks through the hips and standing shoulder to shoulder with other men in the scenes.
To get the ripped look, Pitt had a heavy workout scene, focusing extensively on abs, biceps, and shoulders to make him appear big.

CELEBRITY WORKOUT ROUTINE: BRAD PITT'S FIGHT CLUB PHYSIQUE
The fitness website Six Pack Now dished more details about Brad Pitt's Fight Club physique-- confirming what we suspected all along: NO PLASTIC SURGERY. They concur with the history of Brad Pitt and his rise to stardom, and confirm when men across America first took note of the golden boy as a person they might like to be:
It was not until appearing in Fight Club nine years later in 1999 that people really took attention to Pitt’s physique. He’d clearly trained and dieted hard in preparation for this one. After Fight Club was released Pitt became the envy of many men. His tight body was coveted, and many people sought a workout that would produce similar results. However, contrary to what most people thought, Pitt was actually at his lightest, weighing in at only 150-155 pounds, with body fat around 5-6%.
According to the website, "It has been well documented that Pitt had an extremely regimented routine for the months before filming began. His workout was characterized by beating one muscle group up each day, then giving it the rest of the week to recover, similar to the kind of routine a professional bodybuilder would do. Finally, at the end of the week, he finished off with a good cardio workout. This put his body into fat-burning mode, which served to shed any extra padding that covered his muscles, giving him that chiseled and ripped look."
They also report Pit focused on the targeted upper body areas that would make him appear larger than he was, and to give him that angular look that all the men envy and the ladies love. They say to get fit, Brad Pitt did, "3 sets of each exercise, taking approximately 60 seconds of rest between each set. Pitt used a weight challenging enough that he could successfully complete 15 reps, no less (with the exception of pushups and pullups), but be fatigued on the last rep. Proper form was maintained throughout."
