1111 Time Prompt Phenomenon
Is the 11:11 phenomenon just another internet Meme, a Jungian synchronicity or really a “wake-up” call from Earth angels?
The 11:11 phenomenon seems to be more unique than a casual coincidence or a quickly propogating Meme. A quick search on Google, will confirm that millions all over the world have questioned the appearance of the 11:11 time prompt in their lives. Once it starts to appear in your life, on digital clocks, TV, VCR’s, receipts, license plates and computers, it doesn’t fade away in the same way other subconscious associative processes do.
Usually a subconscious repetitive pattern will eventually end. You sprain your ankle and you notice for a while others around you all have sprained ankles, or you read something in a book and then a friend talks to you about it later in the day. But, the 11:11 phenomenon pops up uninvited, for no reason at all. It appears suddenly and disappears suddenly over days, months and years usually right before your life is about to change. Most who experience it feel a very urgent and tactile sensation that impells them to stop and listen. Obviously, the sensation, its uninvited appearance and the changes and realizations that appear in one’s life after its appearance are particular enough to get hundreds of thousands of people to make an internet search, write books, and create YouTube videos about it.

“The German philosopher Schopenhauer saw coincidences as a reflection of the “wonderful pre-established harmony” of the universe. Coincidences constituted a “subjective connection” to the environment. They were important because they are tailor made to fit individuals and only relevant to those who experience them.”
Though most that experience 11:11 report it preceded major or minor changes in their lives, the effects of the 11:11 experience are mostly individualized reports of the before and after the 11:11 appearance and how it played out in their individual lives. There are entire websites on the internet with 1000’s of personal testimony.
Hippocrates and Jung hooked into an interesting view that “all things in the world were connected and that hidden affinities would cause sympathetic elements to seek each other out.”
Many who have experienced this phenomenon have reported finding their “soul family” or significant partners, business or otherwise.
Angels and Midwayers
Way before the advent of the internet, a man names George Barnard reported over 60 years worth of findings on the 11:11 phenomena. He ascribes this phenomenon to “Wake-up” calls from earthly 1,111 Spirit Guardians, often called "Midwayers," that have been assisting people from of all walks of life for many centuries.

"The 1,111 or Eleven-Eleven make use of something idiosyncratic to the human eyes, brains and minds - our subconscious ability to spot regular patterns. We momentarily note such regular and repetitive patterns as 11:11 or 1:11, even 12:12 on our digital clocks, microwave ovens, VCR's and computers. The Midwayer's utilize that moment of 'inquisitive rest' to input subliminal messages.
Although they are just 'outside the range of mortal vision', techniques can be employed to aid us in perceiving them. Remote Viewing, or what this group has named, "The Akashic Construct", are methods of perceiving these Midway Creatures, although hearing them is generally much easier to do.”
Urantia
Barnard also quotes a from the Urantia Papers, a enigma of a book on philosophy and spirituality that appeared in Chicago, Illinois somewhere between 1924 and 1954 that has inspired the likes of the rock band, Kansas and blues-rock guitarist, Stevie Ray Vaughan:
Urantia Paper #77 contains the following text:
"The 1,111 loyal secondary Midwayers are engaged in important missions on earth. As compared with their primary associates, they are decidedly material. They exist just outside the range of mortal vision and possess sufficient latitude of adaptation to make, at will, physical contact with what humans call "material things." These unique creatures have certain definite powers over the things of time and space, not excepting the beasts of the realm."
Numerology and the Rest
11:11 has been associated with the Master Number 11 in Numerology, though most experts say even though there are faint associations with the 11 symbolism of “illumination” and “spiritual messenger,” the 11:11 experience is a unique experience in itself.
Accounts of its meaning are associated with DNA coding, Holographic Matrix prompts, guardian angels, aliens and sacred geometry. An interesting mathematical association in one posting referenced the equation: 1111 x 1111= 1234321. Which if graphed will make a triangle or pyramid.
The more soulful have associated this as a call from Spirit. Even using the time prompt as an oracle: if the clock show 11:10 it may be too early to make the change, if it shows 11:12 or later it’s too late to insert the change into this reality or at least a message to get on with it quickly.
Others believe it is a point where Time and Space are suspended (relative to the Mayan years of 1992-2012 “The Time of No-Time) and that at those particular moments when the number prompt appears, you can insert a different reality into your physical reality. Finally, most Light workers see it as a call to remember their missions and are led to connect to other Light workers who “share energy and feel oneness telepathically and without words.”
This 11:11 prompt though still a mystery, has spurred many into a unique and powerful state of questioning reality. That pause, in itself, whatever and wherever its origin, more than qualifies its significance.

Johann- There are many crazy ideas floating around. But, it's interesting to inquire if this is just a "subconscious prompt", a new Meme (cultural idea) or really if there exist beings on other planes of existence that try to get our attention. In any case, why spontaneous repetitive patterns, dreams or events appear in our lives at particular moments is a curious phenomenon
Read the entries from 11:11 on timeassociation net which allows you to to share associations with the numbers on the clock.
I have never experienced major change in my life preceded by spotting 11:11 on a watch or at least I haven't realize it yet.
Worryingly often, I realize, however, that it's 22:22 o'clock again and I don't know why at that hour being shown by my wall clock I had to walk by the clock and see this particular formation of digits. When it happens I spot 22:22 at least couple of days in a row.

11.11 is the time or Lord Jesus was born. No numerology, no psychic meaning. Please praise him when you think of him. Angels surround us all , no set amount.
Either your subconscious is alerting you what time it is, or you just look at the clock so much that you are bound to stumble across "11:11". I see it all the time, but it doesn't mean anything other then its 11:11am/pm.

If you experience it, as the author says, before major and minor events, well, that's pretty much every event. The mind is always trying to find causality in everything. This means nothing.

Not surprisingly, you call people to search for it on the Internet after building theories out of thin air, to talk about it, feeding the minds, making a collective phenomenon out of the bullshit of a few. Sad.

The only thing I notice about 11:11 (or 1:11) is that it reduces the amount of light available from my digital oven clock making it harder to go downstairs at night!

My comment - we didn't always have digital clocks... 11.11 on an old clock didn't look so cool, was it still regarded as a big deal? Or what about earlier in history before most ordinary people had clocks, was there an appropriate significant time on the town sundial to premiss forthcoming events?

Everytime I see 11:11 I always think "unity time". I definitely feel that it is my Angels speaking to me and I see 11:11 and 1:11 at my most troubled times and knowing it is my Angels, I always immediately feel better. I have a dear friend that I lost almost two years ago and she really believed in this phenomenon and since she has been gone, when I see that sequence I feel she is looking in on me and it makes me smile!

Insecure people will reach for anything to make them feel someone or something is guiding their unguided lives. This will burn out quickly as every other scam before it. Rather then have your clock talk to you work on gaining the ability to control your own life.
BTW 1111 is only part of the biggest date involved the end of WW I. November eleventh, 1918. The eleventh day of the eleventh month at the eleventh hour comes out to 111111, ROFL.

I first started having this occurrence back in 2000. Since then it has abated. Having experienced it, I do not laugh it off. However, I do not feel it's that big a deal, either. Maybe a glitch in the virtual reality program that is our lives,perhaps ?

I have experienced 11 11 since I was born. I was born on the 11am hour, of the 11th day of the 11 month of '66. Every year I am reminded of it. BUT about 10 years ago I started to see 11's. I remember I was off work very sick with the norwalk virus. One day I woke up, rolled over in bed to look at the clock it said 7:11am. I never thought anyhing of it until the next day. Same thing the next morning I rolled over looked at the clock it 7:11am. I thought that was strange but forgot about before the end of the day. The next morning I remembered about the previous two and decided to just lay there for a while before I looked at the clock. Some time went by, probably about 10-15 minutes. I rolled over to look at the clock....you guessed it 7:11am. This happened every morning for over two weeks. I was confused no matter how I woke up in the morning I would see those numbers. I've been hovering around the date 12-11-11 in the ephemeris, because of it's similarity to WWII phenomena. Now I'm going to check out November of that year.
i used to see the time 10:10 every morning and night for specific period of time and then it stopped for sometime. it repeats again sometimes. lately, in the last 6 months, i've been going crazy with these times.. 10:10 1:02 2:02 1:11 2:22 3:33 12:12 etc ... nobody believes and hence i go back to show them each time i witness this. they still believe it's just a co-incidence and i believe it's not. it's very strange and i'd like to know what's behind this. what is expected of me? who will answer and help me with these questions?

Our behaviour is controlled and everything that happens in this universe is part of a script. The events in history show clear traces of design while scientific findings show that the universe is holographic and most likely is a virtual reality. They prove that we live in a created world that is run by a program. If events were random, it is not possible that so many people see the number 11 more often than could be expected statistically. Furthermore because events in history also show the 11-phenomenon, it is unlikely that the 11-phenomenon is only a subjective experience. There are incidents, accidents and coincidences in history that seem to show a design.
I started to see 11:11 on my desktop computer clock very often, nearly every day in the morning for about 2 months and never before. What is strange, i do not check time often, while exactly my attention catches time when it is 11:11 is interesting for me. Maybe we see the time all the time subconsciously, and when it is the time, it catches our conscious mind. What is also surprising, i am going through a time of major change, which i was astounded to know that happens to people who experience the phenomena.
Not sure if means anything it at all, it just might be a coincedence. But, i am 53 and 11:11 as always stood out to me, even as a child.

i've been seeing 11:11 right after my mom had told me what she was seeing . i'd be thinking about something thats stressing me out and all of a sudden i'd see 11:11 , not even trying to look at a clock , it appears & i feel a presance. i start to talk b/c i feel it'll help , i hope they answer my prayers. although im very young, ik what im experiencing is real ! hopefully will help me through my struggles .
Wow, I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I was born on the 11th month and just the past 12 years I have been seeing the numbers 11:11. It happens on my computer, text messages on my cell phone (time stamp), clocks, television, everywhere, actually. I don't know if this holds any significance but my son was born on his due date of 02/02/02 and my daughter was due on 04/04/04 but she was born on 03/26/04. Went on vacation and the hotel room was numbered 222. All this use to freak me out at first but now I look at it with acceptance.
I have been seeing the 111 or 1111 for a long time, i knew it meant something but I just didnt have a clue what it was or even thought to ask, For me I just began saying the first thing that came into my mind that has 3 words and that was it for me, I said (Hashem Echad Ushmo Echad) one word for each 1 that I saw, it means Transalated that there is only one god and god is one. To me it meant that every time I saw 1111 God is letting me know he is watching. I tried to ignore it at first because I'm a rational person, but for a month almost every single day I saw 11:11. I tend to have a pretty good sense of time even without a clock. I wake up about 5 minutes before my alarm goes off so I assumed this was why I kept looking at the clock at 11:11 but It's happened with clocks that are incorrect as well. Once all the windows on my laptop closed down I looked to see if the battery was going dead and noticed it was of course 11:11. I've heard it often coincides with events ins some people's lives that hasn't happened to me.I'm glad it's not just me. It's been happening for well over a year now. I don't know if I buy into the angel thing but it is unusual that this has happened to so many people.
I've met George Bernard personally. He he stayed in our home (I beleive it was year 2001) here in Utah. He is quite the fascinating character. I didn't swallow all George had to espouse, as I am most suspect when someone's cause is tied to selling books or gaining a following. However, I do concur with George totally regarding the 1,111 midwayers and their ability and history of prompting our 11:11. I think it is just their way of nudging us toward more cosmic-mindedness.
Add last 2 digets of year born + years of age, coming birthday = 11 a/o 111.
This apples to all human beings on this planet during 2011.
