The H1N1 swine flu vaccination controversy

NVIC Public Conference on Vaccination

The swine flu vaccine is a hot topic right now. Earlier this month at the 4th International Public Conference on Vaccination many prominent physicians took their stand against the proposed mandatory vaccination programs against the H1N1 virus.

Around the world the actual number of confirmed swine flu cases have been far less than predicted and most deaths attributed to the flu may have had other contributing factors. So why did Obama declare the swine flu outbreak a national emergency on October 23rd?

Dr. Mercola has a number of articles available on his website about the politics behind the vaccination campaign and the glaring contraditions between various "authorities" on the subject. His interview with Barbara Loe Fisher of the National Vaccination Information Center has had thousands of views and is worth listening to.

Vaccination debates are not new and in America people have always had the right to choose whether to vaccinate themselves or their children. What's different about this latest vaccine is not just the question of its safety, but the idea that American people may lose their freedom of choice about whether to vaccinate. Is this constitutional?

Every citizen needs to become informed about the risks and benefits of any vaccination. The US government has granted pharmaceutical companies protection from any liability suits that may arise from H1N1 vaccine complications so there is no recourse if you or your children suffer adverse affects.
