thanks for great advice on dieting - to STOP dieting and divorce the scale. this is so refreshing! I will try to make those little changes because I surely over did the pleasure of eating my chef son-in-laws incredible food over the holidays. I guess I am not alone. I was with my grand children the whole time first in nyc and then in the Catskills. WHile they skiied I snowshoed and it was beautiful ad fun. Now I am home trying to motivate myself to deal with the mountains of paper work without eating a ton of chocolate. Your words of wisdom are a help. thanks Rochelle.
Well, after more than a year of having you as my health counselor I can read a great article like this and understand how it works in practice and not just in theory or as a hope for the future. Thank you so much Rochelle! I still like the scale, especially since it reads so much less than it used to, but of course only as one measure among many.
