It’s that time already, preparing the children for back-to-school. If you live in the south suburbs you can take advantage of this free community event going on Wednesday, July 28th. Come out and get health screenings for the children, school supplies and more.

The Cook County Adult Probation Department, in partnership with the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Twenty Pearls Foundation, Inc. is sponsoring the 2010 Back to School / Health Festival. Vendors will provide attendees with health screenings, school supplies, bookbags, hair cuts and other valuable services and information.
Face painting and story time will be going on during the event also. The Jesse White Tumblers will provide entertainment. This community outreach program is open to the public.
