Joyce is Registered Nurse with over 35 years experience in a variety of areas including: operating room, medical-surgical, emergency room, utilization review/case management, managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, worker's compensation, and a published author of medical topics. She is a graduate of Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, and Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been certified in the operating room (CNOR), and is currently a certified case manager (CCM).
