Melissa "Mel Lo" Lorenzo is a huge music lover of all genres and has been a fan of Hip Hop for as long as she could remember. Growing up with older siblings she was exposed to the likes of Run DMC to MC Lyte at a young age. Even in her late 20's Mel is ever the Hip Hop fan and her iPod is filled with Jay Z and Nicki Minaj to Joe Budden and Mos Def. She's also an avid supporter of local talent. With a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Education, she's no novice when it comes to writing. Mel wants to share her love of music and pop culture to interact with you!
