Remastered version of Check Your Head out now
The Beastie Boys announced they are finished with their new album entitled Hot Sauce Committee this week during an appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The album, due for release in September, features a guest appearance from Santigold. It will be the Beastie’s eighth studio release.
Until then, you can catch Ad Rock, MCA and Mike D. on the road as they make their rounds on the summer tour circuit. The trio is scheduled to play the Bonnaroo festival, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, All Points West, and the Outside Lands festival here in San Francisco. The Beastie Boys also released remastered versions of Paul's Boutique and Check Your Head earlier this year. The latter is a double disc and features 36 tracks including b-sides.
