It is refreshing to see hip hop being recognized by Entertainment Weekly in its Top 10 Album of the Decade list.
College Dropout by Kanye West, and The Blueprint by his Big Bro Jay-Z top the list. Outkast also comes in a close 4th with Stankonia. Beyonce's I am...Sasha Fierce and Justin Timberlake's Future Sex/Love Sounds add to the list at 8 and 10 with recognizable hip hop influence.
This list means a lot when thinking about how the new millennium of music is forming.
