Improv Everywhere was created by Charlie Todd in August 2001. Charlie is a comedian and a teacher of long-form improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade theater in New York. Along with a talented collective of entertainers, Todd has executed over 85 missions through Improv Everywhere.
