Jason has been living around Atlanta for 16 years. Weighing in at 300 lbs when graduating high school, he started getting serious about health when a friend introduced him to weight lifting. Since then, he's tried lots of things-- Weights, Yoga, Running, Bicycling, Pilates, Meditation, you name it. Today he weighs over 100 lbs less, and is a regular jogger around Atlanta, but he's still looking for the next fun fitness thing.
