I hired this company to provide my family reunion group with an experienced professional tour guide to provide our Black/African-American Heritage Tour of Charlotte, NC, only to realize at the 11th hour that the guide they sent could not tell me where the Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. Statue was located. In addition, this person admitted that they had been conducting tours only two months in the Charlotte area and had only conducted one bus/minibus group tour. It added insult to injury when the guide showed up later than they promised. I was extremely disappointed and felt jaded because we had paid this company $75.00 per hour for an experienced tour guide.
