On the 30th of April, 2010, McNeil Consumer Healthcare issued a press release to detail the recall of various types of medicine for children and infants, including Tylenol & Benadryl. According to the company, this is due to an issue with quality standards.

    I have discontinued use of these products but are they issuing refunds? The article seems to suggest that we should dispose of the medicines. And then what? Rebuy them when they are available for purchase again. Considering one of my bottles is virtually brand new, that's not right. I just spent close to $10 on something I have to throw away and rebuy with no compensation from the company?
