William has worked more than 25 years in the healthcare field. During that span, he has had operational responsibility of nursing homes, assisted livings, and pharmacies. Steele currently holds valid nursing home licenses in five states. Additionally, Steele owns and operates Lake Country Recruiters specializing in healthcare recruitment nationally. He also is a consultant for a national senior housing referral agency where he assists families in the placements of seniors in appropriate housing options such as senior housing, assisted living, CBRFs, hospice, and even home care with emphasis on teaching families the difference and determining which option is best for their particular situation. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Steele now resides in Waukesha, Wisconsin. His 3-year-old son has been diagnosed with autism requiring Steele to also be well acquainted in the autism world. Steele's wife is an RN Nurse Practitioner locally.
