Health, Fitness and Beauty Expo Updates
The Expo will be held on Saturday, January 28th from 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday, January 29th from 12 noon- 5 pm . The Expo aims to promote public awareness to health, fitness and beauty related products and services. Vendors will be accompanied by experts to discuss products and health related concerns, goals and questions. The Expo will also offer free seminars, screenings and educational information.
The American Red Cross will be conducting a blood drive at the Health, Fitness and Beauty Expo next weekend. The drive will be held on Saturday, January 28th from 11 am – 4 pm near JCPenney. Blue Bell will be on site handing out a pint of ice cream for any participating blood donor while supplies last.
National best-selling author and syndicated talk radio host, Dr. Asa, MD, will also be on site from 1 pm – 3 pm on Saturday, answering questions, signing autographs and speaking at 1:30 pm. Considered America’s Health and Lifestyle Coach, Dr. Asa is the founder of The Center for Natural Medicine® and can be heard on WLAC 1510 AM on his weekend radio program.
