"Better than flu shots for flu:" Dr. Udo Erasmus on natural health and the H1N1 virus

"Better than flu shots for flu:" Dr. Udo Erasmus on probiotics, enzymes, and fiber-rich raw foods

Udo Erasmus is an internationally renowned author and authority on natural health issues. For the past two decades, he has dedicated his time to researching the effects of fats and oils on human health, as well as understanding the nature of health itself. Much of his work has focused on communicating this vitally important knowledge throughout the world through lectures, interviews, and written material. He has also directed the formulation and production of a  high quality, natural health supplement line.
His highly acclaimed book, Fats that Heal: Fats that Kill: The Complete Guide to Fats, Oils, Cholesterol, and Human Health offers readers valuable information and research regarding the therapeutic potential of common and less well-known fats, as well as those fats that are damaging.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                I had the pleasure of conducting an interview with Dr. Erasmus. His research has been primarily in the areas of fats, digestion, and energy. Dr. Erasmus seeks to clarify information in the literature in these areas, and presents a great point: what does a picture of health look like? While diseases and sick cells are classified and organized, there exists no sensible categorization for health. Here Dr. Erasmus educates us on how to stay healthy during flu season, and answers the question, what is better for the flu than flu shots?                                                                                                                                                                                             Dr. Erasmus asks, so what would it look like if everything was functioning well? And what would it take to get there? He further purports the importance of the appropriate use of food, water, and air (that is what the body is made from) and the minimization of pesticides, plastics, chemicals, pharmaceutical drugs, and food molecules that are broken down by processing or by food preparation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Dr. Udo Erasmus finds the following most helpful for health:                                                                                                                                                                                                             Probiotics -  means "for life;" dietary supplements of live microorganisms thought to be healthy for the host organism, especially the digestive system, by inhibiting growth of unfriendly bacteria and by making molecules that are delivered into immune system to strengthen the immune system. Probiotics also increase the production of mucin to protect digestive tract.

Digestive enzymes - aid in the digestion of food as well as inside cells; all living things need enzymes in order to maintain life.

Mucilage fiber - taken with lots of fluid escorts toxins out of body and soothes and protects the digestive tract, stabilizes blood sugar, helps deal with appetite and cravings.                                                                                                                                                                                                  The inside of our digestive tract is actually outside of our body. Digestion takes place outside of our body. Probiotics live outside the body but they are able to stimulate cells that line the digestive tract to increase production mucin that protects the inside of the digestive tract from damage by enzymes, acids, and abrasion, and bacteria.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The standard for food in nature is fresh, raw, whole, organic foods contain probiotics that came out of the top layer of soil where leaves ferment and turn back into soil.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      For more information visit www.udoerasmus.com and www.florahealth.com/flora/home/Canada. It's all too much really! Vitamin D3, alkaline blood, probios, ascorbic acid, h202, hand sanatizers, etc. I think taking all this that the "experts" recommend may be more damaging than the flu itself.

Make your own yogourt! It is a simple, inexpensive way to get healthy, live bacteria into your body and it tastes great! Even lactose intolerant people are able to eat small amounts of yogourt. I have been doing this for years and enjoy #1 health.

Guys, Step out of the box and aside from what is recoomended above which is fine, add Colloidal Silver of good quality nebulized to clean the lung from viruses, at least 6000 IU of Vit D, Vitamin C about 2000 mg and Vitamin E 400 IU and you will most probably neutralize the H1N1 virus after getting it. The Vitamin D and C are alos for prevention.
