I like Dr. Merola's 10 point plan for creating and maintaining optimal health. 1) Address your emotional traumas, 2) get a lot of sunlight, 3) drink plenty of clean water, 4) limit your exposure to toxins, 5) eat healthy fat, 6) follow a healthy diet that fits your nutritional type, 7) eat plenty of raw food, 8) balance your insulin and leptin levels (this partly has to do with cutting back on sugar and grains), 9) exercise, 10) get plenty of good sleep.
