Nina is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Healthy Cooking Coach, and Wellness Speaker. Her certification is through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Columbia University Teachers College. Nina enjoys educating young people and adults about healthy diets and lifestyle choices through workshops, cooking classes, small group programs, grocery store tours, articles, and one-on-one personalized counseling. Nina enjoys an active lifestyle with her family. Skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and being outdoors, keeps them healthy and happy.
