Rep King has charged Conyers and Nadler with blocking government investigations into ACORN.
King, "It's beyond an opinion at this point."
Spectator, "Midway through the interview with The Villager last Thursday, Schwartz got a phone call from Congress member Jerrold Nadler. The West Side congress member -- one of only about a dozen Democrats to oppose the Defund ACORN Act -- was calling Schwartz's attention to an e-mail that had been forwarded to him, detailing a directive from two weeks earlier to federal agencies, implementing the act. The directive not only ordered agencies to cease funding ACORN and all its subcontractors, but cancel all funding allocated in previous years. The memo had been found -- where else? -- on a right-wing blog."
One of the primary GOP ACORN concerns is voter fraud. How do you feel about fair elections?
Since they are funded by taxpayers (HUD, Dept of Housing...) it is curious to know why the fed refuses to investigate them. If there is fraud, why is our money being wasted?

So how does one assure that this gets moved forward?
I don't get the connection that because they get public funding to do work for HUD and the IRS, that we should spend more tax-payer money to investigate if there was any possible truth to allegations that they implemented voter [registration] fraud while operating voter registration drives that were privately funded.
That kind of overstep and waste sounds like abusive, big government to me. I wish we had this level of scrutiny when it came to banks and these huge corporations that are practically taking over our country.
It's time to take government back.
Conyers and Nadler are both Communists. Go here and scroll down to see the details: www.commieblaster.com/progressives/index.html

TP,
What if AIG wanted to sue the government? They cannot, we own them.
In this case ACORN, they have no constitutional right to due process, they were caught outright unlawfully using taxpayer funds. As such, congress better cut their money supply.
