Photo taken of what appears to be Natalee Holloway's found body. A couple, John and Patti Muldowney from Pennsylvania were vacationing in Aruba and found a body in the shallow water in the area where Natalie Holloway disappeared five years ago. The photo see here shows an underwater photo of what appears to be a skeleton. Natalee Holloway was an Alabama honors student who was on a high school graduation trip in the area. The body in the photo is located in the same area where Holloway was last seen.
Joran van der Sloot is the main suspect Holloway’s disappearance and has made two confessions. The last confession was made in February and Van der Sloot said that he hid her body in the marshes off Aruba. In the first confession he said that he dumped her body out at sea, and that she died by accident. Van der Sloot has not been arrested and was last seen in the Netherlands.
Aruban police officials do not believe Van der Sloot's last confession, and said that "it soon became clear this statement is a mixture of lies and fantasy."
Holloway, 18, was last seen leaving a bar in Aruba in 2005 on the last night of a graduation trip.
The Muldowney’s believe the body in this photo is Holloway. They sent a photo to the FBI in Philadelphia who passed the photo onto the lead investigator in Miami. The photo was never received by the FBI contacts in Barbados.
In a related case, a missing BYU student who lived in Provo, Utah Brooke Wilberger was missing for five years before her body was found in September. Her body was found in Oregon where she had been visiting her sister five years before. Wilberger’s body wasn’t found until the person who confessed to killing her revealed where he buried her body.

Lets pray that is it Natalee. That will give her family closure.
Yes, I've been praying that she be found dead or alive. Hope police find this body so we can know who it is and if it's Natalie. Yes, if it's her body, it will bring closure to her parents and family. Poor girl.
Joran van der Sloot sounds like an evil person. He's been playing around with the cops and investigators, and telling lies mixed with truth. If he killed her, I hope he is found out very soon and put in jail, this time for keeps. Been praying for justice in this case too. I read the other day that Joran's father died playing tennis. He just fell over dead. And the investigator who was pals with the family, and covering Joran, also died. Now, there is no one covering this up any more. Hope some responsible investigators take over this case and prove who did it.
I speak as a parent. Why were we shown pics of this "Body" & then nothing else.If there actually is a body to test now,why were we not on top of this the next morning? I would think that the remains being in the ocean, that our Government would run not walk, to get there. The tides or other elements could move the body. Well dooers could destroy what's left on the scene. I do not believe that I am alone in saying, "Having the only promising lead in years." What is wrong with us? Why were our BEST people not sent immediately to investigate? & why are the underwater photos all over the news & then absolutely nothing else said. No follow up? I expected a lead story the next day.Come on. Get off your political asses & at least try to give this poor girl's parents some closure. At the very least let them bury her properly, whether they make an arrest or not.As for blaming Nat,at her age, innocent to the horrors of the world, not having lived long enough to become Jaded. It was her vacation, fun
I don't see anything. Even zooming in on the photo doesn't look like the remains of anything but rocks.
