A Florida jury has recommended the death sentence for Michael King. Michael King has been convicted of kidnap, rape and murder of Denise Lee, according to CNN. Michael King had no reaction to the verdict, but the family of the deceased is clearly relieved.
The jury cannot decide if Michael King gets the death sentence, but they can make a recommendation. King will be formally sentenced at a later date, but a judge rarely overturns a jury’s unanimous decision, according to CNN.
