Antoinette Nicole Davis, arrested and charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse, prostitution, filing a false police report, resisting, delaying, and obstructing a police officer, has been placed inside of the Cumberland County Detention Center. Bond is set for $51,000.
Antoinette Davis is the mother of Shaniya Davis, the 5-year-old missing girl in North Carolina.
Antoinette claimed a couple of days ago that Clarence Coe had connections to her daughter's disappearance. Clarence Coe was arrested one day, released the next. Coe was innocent. Locals were very surprised at Coe's arrest since Clarence Coe, to them, seemed more interested in the missing 5-year-old than Antoinette. Also, the neighbors noted that the mother was been seen with Clarence Coe.
On Friday Mario Andrette McNeill, 29, was arrested for abducting Shaniya Davis from her home of 1116-A Sleepy Hallow Drive. Mario McNeill and Shaniya Davis were spotted together at a Sanford hotel at 6:11 a.m. as seen in the video surveillance.
Shaniya has been missing since Tuesday morning. Antoinette claimed that Shaniya was placed on a couch at 5:30 a.m., but when the mother came back to check on her she was gone.

Even though Antoinette's mother, Ann Summers, claims that Antoinette is a good mother, some people behind the scenes could not disagree more.
In an earlier story posted surrounding missing Shaniya Davis, an unknown woman left a chilling comment. The woman claimed that she knew Antoinette Nicole Davis. She also claimed that Antoinette handed over her daughter to McNeill due to owing him money amongst additional details that matched that of Antoinette's arrest. The woman claimed that McNeill is the actual owner of Antoinette's trailer, but this has not been confirmed. No true identity or confirmation, therefore, one can only call this speculation.
The woman left the comment yesterday afternoon. Antoinette was arrested late this afternoon.
Shaniya Davis has been missing since Tuesday. North Carolina is pulling together in the Shaniya Davis search. Fayetteville citizens and those in surrounding areas are passing along the description in hopes that Shaniya will be found. Raleigh residents are also keeping their eyes open for Shaniya Davis.
5-year-old Shaniya Davis is 3 feet tall, 40 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, thin with a scar on her foot. She was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and pink underwear.

I hope they find tis girl ASAP. I always suspected the mother b/c usually the police do not allow a suspected parent to make any public please. I noticed this w/the Robert Manwill case. Please keep praying for Shaniya. I truly believe faith will bring answers to this case & most of all - bring Shaniya home to her father where she rightfully belongs.
This is a very sad situation. Shaniya's mother is garbage. What woman or person would give their child away to perverts. Human traficking, and the kidnapping of a child is everyones worse nightmare. I could not imagine my child being taken away from me. I would die literally. To know that there are people in the world that would actually give their child away to a stranger, and pervert is really sick. I knew Shaniya's mother had everything to do with her daughters disappearance, and I also knew that drugs were involved. This woman had no love or compassion for her little girl. No one knows where Shaniya is. The only thing that is certain is that she is in the arms of a stranger. Shaniya's mother, and Mario need the death penalty, or life in prison. They are both very sick people. There are people in the world who would give anything to have their kidnapped son or daughter back, and this sick woman just gave her child away. I pray this little girl is returned to her father soon! As for the mother, she'll get hers in jail if they don't have the bitch in solitary. I thought maybe it was something like this, but didn't think a mother could do this to her own daughter. We all know now that Antwanette isn't a mother but a monster, and cares nothing for Shaniya. This breaks my heart into pieces.

Aslo, I would be mad as hell if I was Mr Coe, as they put him all over national news and made him out to be a kidnapper, and spread around an old article that he has aids as well. I'm wondering if a lawsuit is going to come from this? If I was him, I would sue, that's for sure.

Also Shaniya lived with her father up until three weeks ago, her mom got a place to live, and a job for six months and he thought he would let her have a chance in raising her.

Okay, I have a theory and I want to know what ya'all think. At least consider it. I think that Mario McNeil took Shaniya from her mother to protect the little girl. Now, just listen. :) This is the scenario. McNeil went over there to get his money for rent (or drugs, or whatever). The mother couldn't pay. She offered Shaniya to McNeil. He was so appalled by that, he took her from the mother under the guise of "payment" to get her safely away. He picked up the little girl who was covered in her own feces, and went to the neighbor lady's house and banged on her door for help. When she failed to answer, he put Shaniya's feces-filled blanket in the trash can and left. He cleaned the little girl up, changed her into clean clothes, and took her to the motel (he couldn't take her home) so she could sleep and he could figure out what the hell to do next. I think this is exactly why he behaved the way he did at his hearing.

I felt that something was wrong when the mother of little Shaniya was not on TV pleading for the safe return of her baby. There is nothing on this earth that would have stopped me from begging the world to help me find my child if one of my children were missing.I can't believe that the bond for Mcneil is set as high as it is and Antoinette Davis's bond is as low as it is and she is being charged with such serious crimes.I pray with all my heart that this child is found alive soon and placed with someone that can help her heal and get over the horrible things that it sounds like she has seen and been experiencing.
I think they child is alive and that Mario knows where this child is. I hope Antoinette rots in Jail but knowing NC she will get Supervised Probation and she will be on her way. There is no telling where this child is but I am sure she will be found. The FBI needs to take over because FPD has botched this from the beginning now let the pros find this little girl.

Cheryl_Em's theory kinda makes sense. Why would he admit to kidnapping her and plead not guilty. Why would he admit to something that would get him 35 years? But he should give up the child's whereabouts if he kidnapped her for her own safety. Otherwise that theory wouldnt be true. If the girls is found dead than that kills the theory.
I hope whoever is holding this little child releases her safely or calls the police pronto for their own good. If she is no longer with us then they need to cut a deal to reveal her whereabouts. Wow. The Mother and Abuductee have this twin quality about them. Like Soulmates or Something. The Matrix Trilogies are airing sometime today on Charter Cable in Asheville. Reason I write this is because in one of them there are this set of Albino White Twins with long Dred Locks. Much of the movie centered around Hollywood. Fact is, none of us knows crap from apple butter about what really happened until the case matures and Shaniya is produced, one way or the other. I was locked up with Mr. Mcneill for 14 months. He would never hurt that little gurl, Being as he has a daughter about her same age. But he is a very smart individual who is gonna keep her hidden till he gets cleared
And furthermore, it tries to make him a bad person he was locked up for shooting 4 people who had an AK-47 trying to kill him. So he was protecting himself. Well i consider Mono a very good friend of mine and i know he has not or will not hurt that little gurl in any way!!!

searching the woods--sounds concerning! even if they dont find her it is now clear that they think she is no longer with us. These two clowns will get the death penalty even without a finding. I cant imagine a jury not sending these monsters on an early trip to hell where they belong. NOt recovering her will not impede that in fact it will make it more likely because people will try to get closure by sending them to the chair.

What disturbs me further about these cases is that there never seems to be any follow up by police about the other scumbags who solicited the prostitution of a child. I know that is easier said than done, but if she was being trafficked, I just hope they are grilling Mario Andrette McNeill about all of his contacts and pursue after investigating them when the murder/kidnapping case is resolved.
My heart is truly broken. I have promised myself that I will never again, ever, entertain benevolent thoughts about another human being in a case such as this. Even if Andretti did not kill Shaniya, but handed her off to someone who did, he and Shaniya's mother are as guilty as whoever actually took that baby's physical life, and may they all burn in hell for eternity. Rest in Jesus' arms, sweetest Angel. Nobody will ever hurt you again.
Its hard to put into words what, I have now seen as a conclusion to this tragic story and to it's begining to the end. Show these animals no mercy for they deserve none. im very shocked and sad about this lil baby girl coming up dead and left in the woods of all places like she is trash i look at her and see my son, it brings tears to my eyes everytime I look at her pic God has one of his angels back home with Him. She will never be hurt again. I know Mono too I stayed in the same nieghborhood with him when the shooting and everything happened they are making him look bad I belive he would not od this. He has a child around her age. He made himself look bad when he wouldnt say if he was with her or not. I'm not sure where the relevance of movies comes into play here nor is it appropriate. With that being said, i can only sympathize with the father and siblings, words are simply not enough for this tragedy. To say that the accused are possibly not guilty shows the ignorance of people. There is no room for sympathy here with these two monsters. There is speculation that the mother owed this loser money? i wouldn't put it past her to have begged for the child from the father so she could pull this horrific crime. She is a waster of time and space as well as the backwards idiot smiling in his mug shot. That in and of itself to me almost seals his guilt.
