They Might Be Giants will be playing at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC tonight. A Special Family Show with They Might Be Giants sold out quickly but tickets are still available for the 8pm late show. Tickets are $25.00 and the show is open to concert goers age 14 and over.
They Might Be Giants (TMBG) was formed in 1982 by John Flansburgh and John Linnell. The group is best known for the songs, “Birdhouse in Your Soul” and “Istanbul (Not Constantinople)” both released in 1990 on the album Flood.
In recent years TMBG has become known for their children’s albums, their latest release being “Here Comes Science.”
