"The Bonnie Hunt Show" has been canceled after 2 seasons. The syndicated talk show, which debuted on September 8, 2008, will end its short-lived run in May 2010. The show will not return due to low ratings.
On December 9, Bonnie Hunt posted a message to her viewers on the show’s website. She writes, “We've been meaning to answer your "what can we do?" requests, as you can imagine it's been quite a week. Yes, you can be effective by sending your thoughtful comments regarding our show to the General Manager for your local station.”
Hunt, originally from Chicago, is best known for her roles in Jerry Maguire, Jumanji, Cheaper by the Dozen, Beethoven, and Beethoven’s 2nd.

I had no idea that she had a show until I just happened to see her one morning..
Her show is great, it's the best thing on TV for talk shows, its so real. She is great! I love the piece with her mother. She's so nice to the people. I tell everybody they have to watch her. I'm a dog person and love that part of the show. I think there is not enough people who know about the show, You need to advertise more about her show. She has the best morning talk show. I was at the car dealer one day, her show was on and the people didn't know about her, so I told them about her that
she was funny and great, and they loved her.Please Keep her on!
I agree...i've been waiting for her to get another show, and she finally did! She's such a nice, funny person...it's sad that we can't have "feel-good" shows on now...everything has to be so sensationalized and scary! The news is all about the bad things that happen instead of the good that happens in this world! Bonnie's show is refreshing and light...we need that! I'm sorry for her (again)...and if this is true...I truly wish her luck! Keep writing and directing Bonnie, You are gifted in this area as well!

Hunt is such a genuine person. Seems like Bonnie and Dr. Phil are two of the only believers left there. Okay, just kidding on that one.

I have to admit that I am a little upset.
I just heard that Bonnie is going off the air and am very disappointed. I record the show whenever I can watch it and have been to the taping of the show 9-10 times. She is such a real, honest person and do not want to see her off the air. Please reconsider...
