Bamboo Club of Scottsdale has taken happy hour to a new level. This Asian Bistro has created a custom happy hour menu made up of unique menu selections from across Malaysia, Thailand, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. When you leave, you’ll feel as if you’ve been on a culinary world-tour.
Once you settle in to the comfy sofa by the hot-rock coffee table on Bamboo’s fabulous patio, you’ll never want to leave. Get there early, though, because the regulars tend to call ahead and reserve “the sofa” rather than a table – it’s that good! The good news is, regardless of your seat – table, or sofa --you’ll almost never have to leave because the happy hour specials run from 4:00 p.m. through close – every day. The Bamboo Club Asian Bistro is a giver – what can we say?
Enjoy a glass of Hope Wine. “Bamboo” is one of the few restaurants in town who carries Hope’s varietals which benefit autism and breast cancer research. They enjoy giving and giving back. You’ll pay only $5 - $6 for a glass of wine during happy hour – while helping a great cause.
If you’d rather have a martini or two, good luck making a decision, because the Blueberry Cosmo and the Ginger Cherrytini are both “to die for!” With a taste as unique as the name, the Ginger Cherrytini is the perfect complement to Bamboo’s incredible shrimp cocktail. Served in a martini glass with four Jumbo Shrimp and a perfectly seasoned Asian cocktail sauce -- this $4 appetizer goes a long way.
You might find yourself in the mood for a premium $4 sake to go along with an order of Seared Ahi Tuna Tsunami – it’s only $4 as well. If all else fails, try the ever-popular coconut shrimp – if seafood were a desert, this would be it!
Check out The Bamboo Club’s happy hour specials beginning at 4:00p.m. till 10:00p.m. weekdays; till 11:00p.m. Friday and Saturday; and until 9:00p.m. Sunday. Special happy hour menu items and prices are only good in the bar and on the patio however; but that won’t be a problem, because you won’t want to be anywhere else!
