Personal Trainer Joe Venturi
During my visit to the Personal Training Studio, I was able to talk with a few of the trainers and experience some of their workout styles.
If you are ready to lose weight and think that the "Biggest Loser" workout is for sissies, then Joe Venturi is for you. His boot camp style of workout which includes jumping rope, agility drills, plyometrics and high intensity interval training is more than effective at targeting weight loss. His education in exercise science and personal experience allows him to create innovative workouts that are guaranteed not to disappoint. Trainer Anthony LaFauci has spent many years competing in all natural bodybuilding competitions and has also been a competition judge and physique model. His sensitive and encouraging personality is what gets you through those tough core exercises. "Watching someone transform their body and change their life is always inspiring to me." says Anthony. "We are all capable of doing so much more than we think we can. Helping others to achieve their goals safely is why I enjoy what I do."

Personal Trainer Anthony LaFauci
Trainer Troy Wyrick incorporates a holistic approach in his training methods. His passion for including proper dietary intake with regularly scheduled workouts helps him to guide his clients with care. Practicing yoga and doing periodic cleanses are important in Troy's personal routine. He also has experience in Muay Thai kick boxing, weight lifting and track.
These are just a few of the many qualified, professional trainers at the Personal Training Studio. In fact, personal trainer Larry Keating (not pictured here) breaks the mold of what a traditional trainer should look like. Larry is a 79 year old trainer at the Studio. He was a gym member for many years and decided that it's never too late to pursue your dreams. In his 70's, Larry acquired the necessary certifications and now has a significant client base of people who know that he has the skill and understanding to help them remain fit at any age.
