Bill Romanowski is a NFL legend from Vernon, Connecticut. Known for his great athletic ability, intensity on the field, and great will he was a Super Bowl champion 4 different years over his 16 year career. Very remarkably he did not suffer many injuries. He even played in 243 consecutive games, which is very impressive considering the physical nature of play he exhibited throughout his career. Bill was a workaholic on the field and off. He has maintained his great physical power after his football playing days too. He answered some questions about fitness below.
1. What is your favorite thing about working out? How I look and feel after I work out.
2. What is your craziest workout ever? There have been a lot of them, but I try for my workouts to be smart, not crazy. But back in my BC (Boston College) days I used to have a hill I would run up in the seminary across the street. There was a statue of Mary and I used to run up that hill until I couldn't get up it anymore. So basically until failure. The hill was about 80-100 yards long and straight up and I would do it anywhere from 25-50 times full speed.
3. Who have you been most impressed with when it comes to fitness? I'm impressed with the feedback I get from Gunnar Peterson, who trains most of Hollywood in LA.
4. Fitness goals for the next year? Work out every day. Weigh 210 pounds with 7% body fat.

I just visited Hartford for a convention. Really enjoyed the city. I'll be writing about my stay there.
Please! The guy was and probably still is a roid-head who had some serious roid rage issues.
I have to disagree with you on that. I can see where you think that but I don't agree at all. Romanowski played in the NFL. Tough competition and he played at a top level. He was a workaholic. For some reason, people think that steroids just makes somebody way bigger. It's not true. You have to work harder in actuality. Otherwise, why would you take the steroids in the first place? Romo never missed a game and he played a physical style. No other player has done that. Brett Favre, of course, but who else? Also, I'd say roid rage on the football field is a good thing. You have to be crazy to play football, especially at such a high level.
fuck you
I take it you don't like Bill either Rick.
