Surprise of the week: Lots of newcomers to the top 10, including Iowa's Jonathan Buese, Springfield's Ty Evans and Iowa's Reid Urbain. Oklahoma is still booming, but Michigan has reclaimed the top spot in the team rankings. The truth is that all of the top three have been rotating in and out of first place all season. All are talented and deep. It's going to be close once the post-season rolls around.

Here's what's happening in NCAA men's gymnastics this weekend:
Saturday:

Penn State vs. Ohio State @ Ohio State
Stanford vs. Michigan @ Stanford
Minnesota vs. Oklahoma @ Oklahoma
Sunday:
Brockport vs. Vermont and Penn State club team @ Brockport
Illinois vs. UIC @ UIC
Army vs. Springfield @ Springfield
Can't miss meet of the week: Michigan vs. Stanford @ Stanford. After winning the NCAA Championship in 2009, the Cardinal were the early favorites to walk away with the team title in 2010. But despite a strong junior contingent, it is hard to say whether Stanford has the depth of an Illinois, an Oklahoma or a Michigan. If they can beat the Wolverines tonight in Michigan, however, they will go a long way toward recapturing that NCAA favorite status.
