Tiger swings at Masters, but Elin may not be out of the woods

Tiger Woods announced yesterday that he will return to golf at the Masters. Tiger took some time off following revelations of infidelity. Brit Hume was castigated by the leftmedia for suggesting that he convert to Christianity:

The question that has been asked in one form or another following his car crash is, "Did Elin attack Tiger with a golf club?"

So what should Elin do. Should she 'fess up', if she did in fact attack Tiger?  After all, 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Wait, what does this have to do with gun rights? The confession mentioned above is confession to God. But, confessing to the police (if she did, in fact, attack Tiger), might bring a conviction of misdemeanor domestic violence.

What is the big deal for Elin? Maybe nothing, as long as she has enough money to pay for armed security every moment of the day. But, if she were to be convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence, then under the Lautenberg law, she will be forever barred from owning or possessing a firearm in the United States.

So, a little advice for Elin, "You have the right to remain silent. Exercise that right!"
