In a case where a firearm was locked in the glove box of a postal employee, the strong central government once again stuck it's chest out and scoffed at the Second Amendment. From an appeals case in U.S. District Five:
“the Postal Service owned the parking lot...and its restrictions on guns stemmed from its constitutional authority as the property owner”
How arrogant of the Judges to rule that someone other than “we the people” own the postal property. Finally there is no constitutional authority granting them any right to restrict firearms, they do so only by a string of rulings that have adulterated the intent of the constitution to limit a central government.
Once again activist judges have ignored the constitution and ruled that the second amendment means nothing. Again reaffirming that Washington and it's Judiciary branch believe they have been given the right of “Kingship Rule” over us.
Waiting for them to get it right is no longer an option, we must do every thing in our power to declare personal sovereignty and I believe we can only do so here in Wyoming by claiming states rights and holding our state legislators accountable to us and the “Bill of Rights”.

Nothing is going to dissuade the courts and government from such trespasses until they pay a real and terrible price for them. Sorry, but saying "tsk,tsk" to a bully isn't nearly as effective as beating his ass into the ground.
When our second amendment is trashed by anyone, even the courts. It is time to use it and to remove anyone and every by force. The second amendment grants us this right, we should be prepared to use it. The second amendment not only states that we can use it to protect ourselves, it is also meant that, if the Government no longer works for the people and repress the people, the people have the right to use their second amendment rights.
Even Jesus believed that, when he trashed the temple because it was desecrated with money changers. Violence works. Gee, maybe that's why the gov. breaks down doors with overwhelming numbers at o'dark thirty in the morning. They know something we used to know when this country was founded..........by Christians!
