BOYCOTT SPREADS
Despite Marriott International attempts at disinformation, additional gun related forums and newsletter are carrying word of the boycott in what is now a massive action against Marriott. For reprint permission, contact Paul Valone at FPV@fpaulvalone.com
NEW CONTACT INFO FOR MARRIOTT
A savvy reader notes that chief financial officers of corporations keep a close on input to their sales departments, and forwarded this e-mail address for Marriott International sales:
national.group.sales.omaha@marriott.com
Send them a message that you will not be using Marriott until the hotel chain stops prohibiting lawful gun owners from protecting themselves and their families in Marriott hotels.
Meanwhile, Marriott executives continue to stonewall, so keep the input pouring into corporate offices. For contact information, CLICK HERE.

Comments
For this to be really effective the boycott has to extend beyond gun owners even though we number in the millions in every state. We have to convince, not pressure, companies & friends to avoid the Marriott and to cancel anything that has already been scheduled if another hotel/hotel chain will step up and match any Marriott offer. Hotels that allow guns should make that information clear in their advertising and any limitations they might have. Even a hotel that does not allow guns in a room could benefit from this boycott by simply saying up front that while they cannot allow guns in the rooms they would provide the best protection for you and your gun and would surender it back to you when you left the hotel for any reason if you wanted it. Honesty up front is the best way. The first hotel to put in a basement gun range and store guns is going to make a fortune. I would bet there would be a line backed up into the lobby. Weekday lunch hour would be insane if opened up to anyone.
Not to put any religion on the spot, but the owners of Marriott are Latter-day Saints.
The stand of Latter-day Saints is to support the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Most Latter-day Saints are conservatives.
Hello Marriott family - why don't you stand by your "values" and offer support to citizens who are law-abiding and carry weapons pursuant to the 2nd and 14th Amendments?
I would recommend that if people are worried about all of this anti-gun rhetoric, they should write Marriott a personal letter (to the owner of the company, not a local hotel) and remind him that if he wants to claim to be an active Latter-day Saint, then he should practice what is preached!
