In 2007, Liz believes that she experienced some sort of awakening, to the issues of global warming and environmental stewardship. She watched Oprah's Earth Day Show one April day, and was bombarded with various ways that society as a whole, uses and abuses much of the resources that are readily available to them. Along her journey, Liz enjoys sharing what she has learned, in hopes of encouraging others to take positive steps in protecting their health and the planet's.
