George Clooney stars as a James Bond 007 type spy in the new action adventure thriller The American, coming to theaters nation wide in the Fall of 2010.
Playing the role was thrilling -- but not AS thrilling as the behind the scenes activities of star celebs on Emmy Awards night.
There, George Clooney found himself hanging out in the Green Room with none other than Baby Boomer living legends Al Pacino and Tom Selleck.
Clooney reportedly said the following about his experience, reported by Green Celebrity News Network via E! Online UK:
When giving interviews during and after the event, Clooney — who jokingly instructed both the audience and guests to refer to as, “Mr. Clooney” — seemed star struck himself, hanging out with the famous friends.
E! Online UK reports Clooney said the following:
