The two share an affection for one another on and off screen, but  Diaz also admires Cruise for his dedication to family -- so there is no celebrity scandal involved with the two being romantically linked. She did not jump up and down on a couch or do anything crazy that we know about but green celebrity Cameron Diaz gave a glowing review of working with Tom Cruise on the film Knight and Day to Playboy magazine.

Cam is the subject of the June month’s Playboy interview, and she had nothing but nice things to say about working with Tom.

Just Jared tells all about the interview with Cameron that is gracing the pages of Playboy -- minus the centerfold type nudie pictures of the green celebrity (instead sharing pinup girl images of America's favorite tomboy cutie.

When the leggy celeb was asked by the gentleman's mag about how she liked working with the Hollywood legend, she responded, "“Tom is super. He’s a special person. He’s passionate about making movies and passionate about his family.”

Cam shared even more about her admiration for Cruise and how her affection for working with the star inspired her each day -- and Knight -- while filming.

“Those are the two most important things in his life, and he lives that. Working with Tom drove me to want to show up every day as driven and excited as he does.”

Day and Knight hit theaters just in time for the start of the Summer 2010 movie season, and fans of the star celebs seemed to agree the action movie was a romantic date night blockbuster.

Both Cruise and Diaz are well known as green celebrities for donating time and money to a wide variety of charities.

Tom Cruise is married to actress Katie Holmes. The celebrity couple has a darling daughter named Suri.

Cameron Diaz was in a long term relationship with Justin Timberlake -- and she was the older woman. Since the two broke up, Diaz has for the most part been doing her own thing as a hot, single lady.
