One of the largest Earth Day celebrations in Baltimore is EcoFest, scheduled for Saturday, April 17 from noon - 6:00 p.m. at Druid Hill Park. EcoFest kicks off a week of activities organized by Baltimore Green Works called Baltimore Green Week.
EcoFest celebrates the health of the city with local food vendors, businesses, and organizations that maintain a sustainable focus. Activities include bike rides around the reservoir, an outdoor yoga class, and music by Frontier Dentists, June Star, For the People Entertainment, and more. Kids can take part in an art project, build a bamboo hut, or play with worms at the vermaculture demo! EcoFest is FREE and open to the public.
