Samuel Hillenburg, CPCM, C.P.M, served with a government agency in Washington, D.C., as a contract specialist. He has a diverse background of 20 years in purchasing management with service in both the federal government and private sector including extensive overseas experience. He graduated from Indiana University with a double major in history and political science, and a certificate in East Asian studies. Later, he attended a Distinguished Visiting Scholar program, studying Mandarin Chinese at Hangzhou University in the People's Republic of China, and a Master's in Business Administration at Norwich University.
