Sitarani Brian obtained her culinary degree at the Natural Gourmet Institute For Health & Culinary Arts in New York City and worked as a restaurant chef before moving to San Francisco to start her business. She believes that food should be good for the body, good to the earth, and good for the welfare of the world. She is currently working on a sustainable cooking show teaching people to embrace those principles in their own kitchens.
