Alison established her specialty food broker business in 2010 to provide sales support to growing gourmet brands wishing to penetrate the NYC metro gourmet retail market. Her curiosity for trying new products and finding local delicacies sparked her interest to introduce these products to a wider retail audience, which enriches the gourmet retail stores with unique offerings while adding variety to all our gourmet explorations.
