Great American Country TV star Storme Warren is hosting a concert event tonight, Tuesday, February, 2, 2010 at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville. Christian actor Tim McGraw (The Blind Side) is scheduled to be on hand to welcome the crowd as Screen Gems tapes a concert scene for the feature film Country Strong, formerly Love Don't Let Me Down, which stars McGraw along with actress Gwyneth Paltrow (Best Actress, Shakespeare in Love, 1998), Garrett Hedlund (Friday Night Lights, Eragon) and Leighton Meester ("Gossip Girls").

Audience members were able to get in free to be a part of the movie audience for the concert scenes as well as to hear some live acoustic sets by the band The Lost Trailers (who will be the opening act for part of Tim McGraw's upcoming "Southern Voice" tour) from 4 - 11 P.M. tonight.

Love Don't Let Me Down Plot Details

According to reports, the plot revolves a rising singer-songwriter who becomes invlved in the career of a country singer trying to resurrect her career with her husband. Timmcgraw.com states tonight's taping is of the scene when music superstar Kelly Canter (Gwyneth Paltrow) appears at her big comeback concert, performing songs written by some of Nashville's finest songwriters. "Gossip Girl" Leighton Meester along with Garrett Hedlund (Tron Legacy) who plays an up and coming country songwriter star as Kelly's opening acts and will perform original Nashville music, singing to pre-recorded tracks.  Other acts will perform live. In an interesting switch for a country-music film, McGraw has a non-singing role as Kelly's husband-manager.

Paltrow is providing her own vocals for the film. Co-star Time McGraw recently told the syndicated radio show, Country Countdown U.S.A., "She's a really good singer. You're going to be surprised at how well she sings."

Tim McGraw's Gospel Side

McGraw, who grew up singing gospel music and spirituals in church and attended a Christian highschool, is gaining a following in gospel music circles for songs like "Drugs Or Jesus" which has a pretty clear message and has a worship song feel at the end. He has most recently played in the award-winning film The Blind Side with Sandra Bullock, as well as Friday Night Lights with Garrett Hedlund.

LOL! How not original "Josh." When I get the same ONE complaint over and over for months, kind of like a broken record, it doesn't matter how many different names you use, I pretty much know who it is. If you really have an issue with whether or not my Gospel Music & Entertainment column is on the topic of Gospel Music & Entertainment, why don't you just report it every single time? You won't get far as every Channel Manager in A&E has approved the kinds of articles I write, but it would make you less of a sad stalker. Or I can just keep yawning at your continual harassment, feeling sorry for you, and occasionally removing your posts. You know they say the sign of "crazy" is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result -- kind of like you stalking my posts trying to define the topic YOU think I should be writing about. Now look what you've done. Your redundant complaints have made me sleepy...

Tim cant you wear a fake beard to tape the movie, so you can be yourself at your concerts? That's who we all want to see.

Tim looks great and there are some of us who like him with or without a beard. apparently the directors like it natural, that is why he didn't wear a fake beard. Faith did not mind it too much but he did not like the beard,he couldn't wait to shave it.
