Singer-songwriter Jennifer Shaw and her new CD Love Broke Through have recently come to national attention. The first radio single from Love Broke Through, "Your Great Name," climbed to claim the #3 spot on the CMW Worship charts, and the song "God Loved The World" was chosen as the featured song at the Evangelical Covenant Church conference. "God Loved The World" was co-written by Shaw and Jeremy Johnson along with Shaw's producer, Nashville's Paul Marino. The song will be taught and distributed to over 1000 pastors, music ministers and church leaders who will be attending the mid-winter church conference this month in Denver.

Paul Marino is a long-time LifeWay songwriter and producer, and the Nashvile-based LifeWay Christian Resources, which is one of the world's largest providers of Christian products, will also be using the song "God Loved the World" as part of their 2010 Christmas musical, The Journey.

"I'm very excited about how 'God Loved the World' is already making an impact," says Shaw, who started her career as an opera singer.  "I'm so proud of this song because it shares the completeness of the Gospel.  It has become an instant favorite in our concerts."
