Concert Event to Help Save the GMA

To help save the Gospel Music Association (GMA), Godbeat.com, HearItFirst.com and 316Networks.com have agreed to host a live web broadcast of the October 12 benefit concert at concertofthedecade. As reported in Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Casting Crowns, MercyMe concert to save Gospel Music Assoc. Oct. 12, the unprecedented  event features some of gospel music's most popular artists.  The concert will be aired at www.ConcertoftheDecade.com and features performers including Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Casting Crowns, MercyMe, Natalie Grant, Kirk Franklin, Point of Grace, Fisk Jubilee Singers and The Booth Brothers.

Largest Christian Concert Ever Streamed Online

The concert is a fundraiser for the Gospel Music Association. As reported in Concert to Save Gospel Music Assoc, the concert will be $1000 per ticket for those attending the event at the Loveless Café & Barn in Nashville. There will be no charge for the history-making world-wide live stream, but fans will need to reserve a ticket at www.ConcertoftheDecade.com. According to the website executives, the collaboration between the websites will create the largest Christian concert ever streamed exclusively online.
