Bigfoot sightings always draw a lot of interest from the large community of people who believe in the creature's existence.
The latest case of a Bigfoot sighting in the backyard of a Kentucky home last week is no different. "Backyard bigfoot" is the 60th-most-common search term on Google this afternoon.
The story, as reported by an NBC affiliate in Kentucky, involves a strange image of a large black creature in the backyard of Kenny Mahoney. Below is video of this situation:

Thanks for wasting the entire world's time Kenny the dumb hick and CNN the CIA News Network.
It's a bear.
Sorry to burst the bear idea but the few bears Ky has are in the Eastern part of the state around WV VA and Tenn.. that have migrated over. If this is a bear he is a record black bear and it would be as rare as seeing a Big Foot. Being from WV and seeing many bear, this is no bear. Man in a costume or something but no bear.
hey everyone this very interesting article about new photo of ky sasquatch or primate but its definetly not a bear. sasquatch activity is quite common in ky forests. good evening bill green bristol,ct
1. You people are wrong about the bears. There are bears in Casey County. Henseforth, not just far eastern Ky.
And sorry to bust your bubble, but thats NOT a bear.
2. True, it may be a trash bag...but honestly...how many trashbags to you know of that eat a mans garden?? Really.
3. Its not a primate. -,- If it is, thats the biggest primate I've ever seen.
...C'mon people, I'm 13, and can give logic to why it is and isn't this stuff you say it is. I mean really.
Get a life and stop trying to disprove what you yourself can't believe. XD

Not a bear. No way. Not of that size in that area. What is it then?
Sasquatch have been spotted this time of year in incidents just like this. Risking being seen to raid a garden or coop. This is a pretty compelling photo...marginal quality though. These things has been seen for 1000's of years. Check out BFRO.net or bigfootencounters.com
lol...Now I'm the hick. I meant these things HAVE been seen. Sheesh.
A BEAR??? You have got to be kiddin that is NO bear!!!
Did you say Sasquatch have been spotted this time of year? By who? What time of year? On which planet are you living? Isn't it amazing, in the year 2009, with all of the technological advances, everytime there is a video of bigfoot, jersey devil, yeti, lochness monster... the video is so distorted and grainy that we cannot tell if the video is a bear, a bigfoot or, a trash bag. Remarkable!
It looks like it may be two bears sparring.
IT LOOK LIKE A SILVERBACK GORILLA HAS TO BE ONE
C'mon People. You can plainly see it is a blackbird flying towards the camera
We have lived in Fairdale,Ky. for 27 years. Our property borders the Jefferson County Forest. Dense woods, hills, gullys, old oak trees, and lots of vegetation are common. I have seen lots of wildlife here, but never any bear. The picture looks like a gorilla, but if it is not a man in costume and the Louisville Zoo is 15+ miles away, what is it? I hope it is a "Bigfoot". I read a wonderful book called "The Emerald Cathedral" after visiting Washington State. These creatures will not harm man and will probably protect a human in need. The Forest is dense here, and these creatures just need a place to live. I hope one day I am given the privilege to see one.
I laugh at people that say "I'll believe it when they find a body". My answer to that is.... "no you won't". It's called cognitive dissonance. The inability to accept something that doesn't fit into the individual's established reality or world view. Evidence continues to accumulate that supports the existence of bigfoot, but there will NEVER be enough for many people. In their minds bigfoot cannot exist.......because he can't, period. They would even reject a a full skeleton if found, because that would threaten their established view of the "way things are". I ignore such people, because they unable to advance science or human knowledge. Evidence is ignored if it doesn't fit into their pre-conceived notions about life, or they offer a ridiculous explanation like "it's a black bird". The figure is clearly sitting in the deep grass. It is not bird in flight.
check out www.pattersonfilm.com for a history of bigfoot, its REAL!
In Did any show up? The bigfoot has probably learned to gather corn from a hot air balloon or some other gasbag.
Sorry, the computer ate the first section of my comment. A large sasquatch should leave footprints as it gathers corn in a well cultivated plot.

I think he is right. It looks to be in the foreground and in the air.
hey everyone good evening more enhandments research need to be done to this new photo of ky sasquatch. but the man who took cam photo realy needs to reinterviewed about the interesting. its definetly not a bear or some kind of bird in the photo but some kind of primate of some sort. ky forests do have histery of sasquatch encounters look on various bigfoot sightings databases websites. thanks bill green bristol,ct updates as this continues :)

Funny, you contradicted yourself by saying it's not a black bird. You refuse to accept that it could possibly be a black bird because of your refusal to accept that it could be simply a bird flying towards the camera, wings arched in a downward thrust, but instead hang on to a deseparate notion that it is something sitting on the grass.
I believe in Yetis, Bigfoots, etc., but this pic is of a bird. It is clearly overlaying on everything in the background.
Sorry Steve, but there is no contradiction in my statements. I don't think it's a bird.... because it doesn't look like a bird. I didn't say that it wasn't a bird because birds can't exist. I didn't say that it is impossible for it to be a bird either. I just don't see any beak on this "bird", or clear indication of feathers, so don't accept that it's a bird. There are people that will say it can't be a bigfoot......because they refuse to accept the possibility that they exist.
I have learned something through all this, apparently the Bigfoot population in Kentucky is greater than that of the black bear. I too want to be a believer, however, it isn't clearly anything the picture is too blurry. It can be what ever you want it to be. I was surprised that black bear was easily dimissed because of their rarity in that county but the Bigfoot... prominent?

It is a bird in the foreground. look at the feathers at the tip of the wing. At first glance it looks like something sitting in the grass, but it is definitely a bird close to the camera.
looks like a blackbird or a crow flapping its wings toward the camera
Got something to say?
