Jason Hargett is $1 million richer after making a hole-in-one during a charity golf tournament.
Using his brother’s 9-iron on the 150-yard hole at Red Ledges golf resort in Heber City, UT, Tuesday, the restaurant manager from Provo hit his golf shot 10 feet past the hole. He then watched as it rolled back to the flag and dropped.
Mayhem ensued.
“Ya know,” Hargett told KSL TV in Salt Lake City, “weirdest thing that ever happened in my life.”
Hargett said he was a late entrant to the Mark Eaton Celebrity Golf Classic tourney and almost didn’t play because of a sore wrist, according to published reports.
Ever wonder what you would do if you were lucky enough to pull off such a feat? Watch the video of Hargett’s reaction:

Wow. that's really cool!!
Ha... almost used that exact same graphic for my hole-in-one story. Gotta love Stock Xchg!
Nice angle! The big question: did the four other guys who qualified for the hole-in-one shot get to go after Jason?
There were 6 who qualified for the hole-in-one contest. Jason was 2nd and the contest ended after that......it was great!
Got something to say?
