The Antigua Group, Inc., one of the nation's best known designers and marketers of genuine golf and sports apparel under its Antigua brand, is introducing its new proprietary Desert Dry Xtra-Lite fabrics in its Spring 2010 men's and women's golf-apparel lines. The company says the Desert Dry Xtra-Lite combines its Desert Dry moisture-wicking feature with specially constructed ultra-light fabrics for maximum wicking performance and optimum comfort. The additional benefits of Desert Dry Xtra-Lite, according to Antigua, are that moisture wicks more rapidly; the garment is lighter weight on the body; less heat trapped on the body; and a player has less restrictive movement Antigua says Desert Dry Xtra-Lite features three-dimensional construction that makes the fabric light without being sheer or see-through.
