Please don't accuse me of shutting it down before the season's over, but this is it for me at Examiner.com.
It's been a nice nine-month run here, but I'm going to be moving to AOL/Fanhouse as an NBA writer. AOL/Fanhouse is a growing site and the opportunity to "expand my game" and write about the league is too good to pass up.
At present, still planning on a role at Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.
Replacing me at Examiner.com is a former colleague and current buddy, Vic Tafur. Vic knows what's going on and used to cover the Warriors for the Oakland Tribune. He's already got it going.
I'm appreciative to have gotten my web start at Examiner.com, and I hope you come read me at AOL/Fanhouse.

Most of my coworkers agree that your columns are like text messages: unprofessional and full of poorly thought out ideas.
