PureFit nutrition bars have 18 grams of soy protein and are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and Kosher. They are also all natural and low Glycemic. They are available in four flavors: peanut butter crunch, almond crunch, berry almond crunch, and chocolate brownie.
PureFit bars are surprisingly large. They seem larger than most other gluten free bars. They are also dense and very filling.
