Here it is! This was suggested by one of my readers, a delicious gluten free pie crust. It would wonderfully compliment my previous post of gluten free pumpkin pie.
It can be found at most major stores, I found it at my Safeway in the Castro. If you aren't sure where to go, you can also order it online along with many other products here.
A great feature about that website is that they post most nutrition facts of the products and suggest other things you might be interested in. They also offer many other gluten free resources and news on celiac disease.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I found it at my Ocean Beach Safeway, and I must say it really was a delicious crust. I guess I'll have to try it out again with the pumpkin pie recipe for the upcoming holiday.
For a GREAT g-f pie crust, you should try JK Gourmet's finely-ground Almond Flour. There are many recipes in the Grain-Free Gourmet cookbook series, and you can also download some recipes from JK Gourmet's website at www.jkgourmet.com.
