Gluten-free living is finally becoming more mainstream. Chicagomag.com, the online compontent of Chicago Magazinie, recently posted an article that contains a list of Chicago area restaurants, bakeries and online resources.
Of course, there are many more gluten-free establishments in the Chicagoland region. But, it is nice to see one of the major local magazines addressing the topic of gluten-free living.
